Within my teaching, I create a space that allows students to turn their attention inward, this cultivates a connection between body, mind, and spirit. Through the use of compassion and kindness, I encourage all students to choose what pose or position fits their body, rather than feeling they must make their body fit a specific pose. It is important to me to ensure my students are comfortable listening to their own bodies while letting go of any judgment or expectations they may have.

I use mindful sequencing and proper alignment to guarantee that all students are able to safely execute any pose I teach, and I also provide multiple options to help each person feel successful in their practice. My instruction encourages students to quiet their minds by letting go of the running to do list brought on by the stresses of daily life, and instead connect to each moment as it arises.
