Between the list making while checking it twice, gift buying, wrapping, decorating, card sending, feast prepping, and let’s not forget, a partridge in a pear tree, on top of your day to day responsibilities, you may be finding you’ve become the last thing on your list. This disconnection from yourself and your needs will only leave you feeling frazzled and depleted long before the ball drops as you ring in the New Year. February vacation is nearly here and spring break is right around the corner, which means you may be preparing for some much needed time away. While I love the allure of travel and exploring new places, there’s no denying it can be quite disruptive for your healthy living efforts. Today, I’m sharing some of my personal tips for staying on track with your wellness goals, while still enjoying your vacation.
