Monday Mantra | You Are Worthy Of Great Things

Monday Mantra | You Are Worthy Of Great Things

Why is it so easy to dismiss our inherent worthiness- to believe we don’t deserve great things, and to give into that inner voice telling us we can’t? Well, my love, I’m here to tell you that YOU are worthy of great things. You deserve everything this life has in store for you, so let your light shine, my darling.

It won’t always be easy, and sometimes that inner voice telling you you aren’t worthy will feel too loud. But in those times, know I believe in you, and when you need that pep talk to remind yourself that you’re worthy, I’ve got your back.

Monday Mantra | You Are A Force Of Nature

Monday Mantra | You Are A Force Of Nature

Happy Monday, lovelies! This week’s Monday Mantra is, You are a force of nature.

It’s far too easy to forget just how powerful you are as you get caught up in comparison and decide you are lacking in some way.

So this is a reminder to myself just as much as it’s a reminder to you; You are a force that contains endless potential and you are capable of wonderful, amazing things.

You must make the choice each day to live consciously in order to tap in to your power, to live in your fullest expression of who you are and all that you can be. I hope you make that choice, because the world deserves to see all that you are capable of.

Monday Mantra | Your Story Matters

Monday Mantra | Your Story Matters

Happy Monday, friends! This week’s Monday Mantra is, Your story matters.

I’m rather good at minimizing my own story. In comparing it to others, I frequently find it less than in some way, using the words only and just far too often when sharing it with others. But the truth is, each of our stories matter, whether it be the story we are telling ourselves or the truth we are standing in. Your story is what cultivates the person you are at any given moment, and it’s the basis of all the decisions and choices you make. While it may feel more comfortable to minimize, your story is not only beautiful, it’s important. Own your story, because it truly does matter.

Monday Mantra | Be Unapologetically Yourself

Good morning and happy Monday! Today’s Monday Mantra is, Be unapologetically yourself.

I can’t say that I’ve always been secure in the person that I am, and I’ve spent far too much time apologizing for simply being me. When I observe this same kind of insecurity in my middle school students it absolutely breaks my heart, because I know exactly how it feels, and I want to shout to them, “You are so amazing!” (without scaring them of course!). Now that I’m older, I’ve learned that I never need to apologize for the person I am. There will always be other people that will try to put you down or simply won’t like you for one reason or another, but if you are truly being yourself in all that you do and all that you are, that’s something you should never feel sorry for. Do you, sweet friends and don’t apologize in doing so.

Monday Mantra | What You Do Matters

Happiest of happy Mondays! I hope the start to your week is an absolutely wonderful one. Today’s Monday Mantra is, What you do matters.

When it comes to posting to social media, I often feel as though I’m shouting into the void. There are even times that I question why I choose to put myself out there, after spending a lot of time and energy crafting my words and images to create a post I’m proud of and that feels true to me, only to be discouraged by how few people see it or engage with it. But then one sweet person- a friend, a coworker, a yoga student, and sometimes a complete stranger- will tell me they appreciated my post and the thoughtfulness I put into all that I share. It is in those moments that I am reminded that what I put out there matters. It may not be in a way that garnishes a community of thousands of followers or likes, but if what I share resonates with even just one other person that is more than enough. The world of social media can feel quite lonely at times and may even leave you feeling inadequate, but if what you are sharing feels true and authentic to you, I promise your posts have touched another person’s life in some way, even if they never get the chance to tell you.
