Weekly Gratitude Note

Happy Sunday! We may have lost an hour of sleep, but I'm loving this extra daylight we're getting at the end of the day! I'm taking a bit of time to reflect on what I've been grateful for this past week and sharing it below.

I am grateful for...

These past 4 days studying with  Josh Summers  at  Freeport Yoga Company . I can't say enough about how wonderful this experience has been and I'm beyond grateful for it.
