Happy Monday! Today’s Monday Mantra is, Breathe In, Breathe Out.
I am in for quite the long week, with many of my days being 12-14 hours long running from one thing to the next. I hate to feel as though I am simply trying to get through the week, but as I prepare for the week ahead, I am anticipating that is how I may feel. As the week continues, I will likely return to this mantra time and time again, reminding myself to breathe in and breathe out. Even during the most difficult weeks, connecting back to your breath allows you to focus on what is right in front of you, grounding you in the present moment, rather than becoming overwhelmed by all that still needs to be done. By staying present and simply breathing in and breathing out, all tasks seem to become a bit more manageable and you are able to approach them with a new level of strength and resiliency.
