Happy Monday! I hope you all have a great start to your day and week! Today's Monday Mantra is Be in this moment.
This morning, while going through my morning yoga practice, I noticed my mind was drifting to all of the things I wanted to accomplish today. I continually had to bring myself back to that place of being present, rather than focusing on these future tasks. We often go through our days either anxious about things that haven't happened yet, or feeling guilty about the things that already have. Whereas, in the the moment we are in, we have the ability to find peace and even joy.
Today, can you be present in the moment, rather than focusing on the past or future?
