Happy Monday morning, lovelies! I hope you all have a great start to your day and week! Today, I am sharing my Monday Mantra, which is Be compassionate.
Although this weekend was filled with inspiration through additional learning and support from my teacher and fellow trainees, our weekends in training can feel mentally and physically taxing. With that in mind, I am planning to be compassionate towards myself this Monday. Often when Monday rolls around, I set out to accomplish all the things! Generally this includes writing a to-do list that is quite extensive, but this Monday I am going to be kind to myself and focus on simply doing the best I can.
